They may have had a rocky split, but Lamar Odom still wishes Khloe Kardashian well.
“I wish her well,” the 37-year-old told Complex’s Everyday Struggle on Wednesday, Oct. 4, of his ex-wife, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson. “Still got love for her.”
While the exes don’t speak frequently, the basketball player went on to reveal that he and the reality star are “still cool” but, “from a distance.”
According to Odom, he’s also struck out with his relationship with Kanye West, who is married to his ex-wife’s sister, Kim Kardashian West.
“Kanye is a good dude. He was there for me when I was in a coma, he was there for me when I woke up,” Odom recalled. “I would say [our relationship] probably deteriorated with all the other relationships that were built. But it’s like that sometimes. It’d probably be weird [to contact Kanye] now. But I would have no problem with it.”
As previously reported, the Kardashian family can’t stop, won’t stop multiplying. On Sept. 26, multiple outlets reported that the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star, 33, and her 26-year-old beau are having a baby. The pair began dating a year ago after meeting on a blind date set up by a friend in September 2016.
Odom and Kardashian married on Sept. 27, 2009, after one month of dating and just nine days after getting engaged. In 2013, Kardashian filed for divorce after Odom’s cheating scandal and drug relapse. However, in July 2015, Kardashian pumped the brakes on her divorce following the athlete’s hospitalization and near-death experience. Come May 2016, the Good American designer filed for divorce for a second time. The proceedings were finalized that December.
Of course, Kardashian isn’t the only party to move on. It appears that Odom has made a connection with Haitian model MaddyMorebucks, US Weekly reports. The two were spotted getting cozy during a lunch date in Los Angeles earlier this week.
