Another high profile actor must pay a heavy price for divorce. According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Keegan-Michael Key will be spending a lot to suppport ex-wife, Cynthia Blaise.

Key, 46, had been married to Blaise, 59, for 20 years before they decided to call it quits. It would have been cheaper for Key to keep her, but divorce was apparently imminent.

In the settlement, Key had to write Blaise a check for $655k to even out the division of assets. He will also have to pay 21 percent of his annual income to his ex-wife. Key will currently have to pay $34k per month for spousal support and she will also take ownership of their timeshare in Mexico.

The only good news for Key is that his spousal support will be capped at $700k per year.

Key isn’t the only Black celebrity to go through a divorce in the past weeks. Jill Scott recently decided to divorce her husband, Mike Dobson. Dobson called Scott an “evil woman,” and Scott returned the favor by putting a restraining order against Dobson. Scott and Dobson were married for 17 months.

Key, however; does not seem to be down about the realtionship ending with his ex-wife. He recently announced his engagment to  Elisa Pugliese.
