Toya Wright even with her bun in the oven is still filled with enough energy to host a food drive with her besties Monyetta Shaw and Lena Suggs. These three leading ladies assisted the JP Agency and Kore Stacks in promoting the “spreading ambition food drive” just in time for the Thanksgiving holidays. Joining Toya was the wife of Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, Sarah-Elizabeth Reed with their daughter in tow.

The event was held at CheeseCaked Creamery & Café in Atlanta; a fabulous all things cheesecake eatery. The sponsored complimentary drink of the evening was Black Crystal Wines. In addition to the pastries, chef Maurice provided catering as DJ Pretty Tammi was on the turntables keeping the party going. Guests kept coming all night dropping off canned goods, nonperishable items and turkeys.

I was even able to get a little scoop. Seems the E! Network is bringing “Wags Miami” to the ATL and now there will be a “Wags Atlanta” airing in 2018. The newest cast member Nishay Caldwell came out to support the drive and spoke about how important giving back to her is during the holiday season. “I’m just happy to be able to come out tonight and give back and supporting my girl Toya Wright and I’m excited for the opportunity we are making tonight to change someone’s holiday and maybe even their outlook on the future,” she said.
