SZA is still giving us jewels as we are just two weeks shy of a new year. She recently lit up the stage with a live performance of her hit song “The Weekend” on SNL, and now she’s giving us a full visual for the single.
“The Weekend” visual is filled with color, open spaces, and multiple camera angles. All of this comes from the creative mind of Solange, who directed the video in its entirety. Solange and SZA share an earthy tonality which makes this video a unique perspective at best. From the looks of social media, fans were looking to see more drama and less art.
