Quincy Jones continues to give explosive interviews about his life in the entertainment industry. In an interview with Vulture, Jones discussed his dating life, Michael Jackson, the Beatles, and he revealed male entertainers who were bisexual.
Jones, who will release a memoir, shared his thoughts on Donald Trump and claimed that he dated Ivanka Trump in the past. He said they dated 12 years ago when his daughter, Kidada, was working with Tommy Hilfiger. Jones also called Ivanka, “a fine mother—–.”
When asked about Michael Jackson, Jones said the King of Pop was “greedy” when it came to songwriting and giving points for a song. He also dismissed Jackson’s skin disease, vitiligo.
Jones also claimed that James Baldwin, Richard Pryor and Marvin Gaye had sex with Marlon Brando.
He also discussed the Beatles and said, “they were the worst musicians in the world,” when he met them.
Jones has been candid lately. In an interview with GQ, he revealed that he has 22 girlfriends around the world. When asked about his 22 girlfriends, Jones answered by saying, “Hell yeah. Everywhere. Cape Town. Cairo. Stockholm — she’s coming in next week. Brazil — Belo Horizonte, São Paulo, and Rio. Shanghai — got a great girl over there from Shanghai, man. Cairo, whew.” Jones says that all of the women know each other and he remains honest with them about other women he chooses to date.
At 84, Jones does not care about the repercussions of giving shocking statements about his life experiences.
