Cardi B has finally released the cover for her debut album that is set to drop on April 6.
“My album cover!!! LADIES AND GENTS! My album INVASION OF PRIVACY will be out next week!!!!!!” Cardi captioned her Instagram post on March 26.
The album cover features a blonde Cardi wearing a checkered outfit. She’s pictured licking her lips and she’s got an intense overall look.
Cardi loyalists showed their excitement via the comments section, with one fan exclaiming: “Yassss Cardi !!! I been waiting on this one I’m so ready !!!” Another person said the name of the album is apropos: “@iamcardib the name of the album though! It came at the right time! You go girl!”
The album cover comes at a crucial time in the Bronx beat maker’s life as she has yet to confirm or deny the fact that she is pregnant.
Pregnancy rumors started up several months ago and won’t go away. TMZ said in its March 15 report that Cardi is almost six months along.
If this is the case, the child will be hers and Offset’s first baby.
However, Cardi is still scheduled to take the stage at Coachella this year, so it will be interesting to see what “condition” the “Bartier Cardi” rapper is in.
As fans are anxious to listen to her new music, it will also be interesting to see if her album will enhance her already intense national fame.
