The word is out. Manuel A. Mendez has been styling Blue Ivy since September 2013, when she was still a toddler. Mendez reportedly also works as Beyoncé Knowles Carter’s personal assistant.
Women’s Wear Daily reports he “Works at Parkwood Entertainment, the management company founded by Beyoncé; is Blue Ivy’s stylist and personal shopper.”
Mendez takes credit for:
The spaghetti strap dress she wore to the second annual Wearable Art Gala at Alexandria Ballrooms in Los Angeles;
The custom white Valery Kovalska tuxedo pantsuit she wore to this year’s Grammy Awards; and
the Billie Blush dress she wore in Jay-Z’s “Family Feud” video.
In 2010, Mendez was listed as one to watch by Dominican Fashion Models blog.
