Bank of America SVP local market executive Tiffany Douglas, sat down with rolling out to share valuable leadership lessons from inside the executive suite. Douglas recently accepted the “Corporation of the Year” honor on behalf of Bank of America on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, at the Motor City Casino and Hotel. The honor was awarded by the National Business League Inc. at the 2018 6th Annual Sankofa Black Business Awards and Afterglow.
In this executive suite bonus interview, Douglas drops jewels of wisdom as she touches on what she would like her superpower to be and why women shouldn’t wait to lead. She also discusses mentorship, her thoughts on managing risk, her thoughts on growing from failure, and why she wakes up every morning and greets the day with the positive exclamation: “Hello, world!”
