A well-known German plastic surgeon has been jailed after being found guilty in the death of his girlfriend. Dr. Andreas David Niederbichler, 43, was recently sentenced to nine years in prison in the overdose death of his lover, who died in February 2018.

Niederbichler had met a woman, identified only as Yvonne M. by the Daily Mail Online. The two had been carrying on an extramarital affair for sometime after hooking up on an online dating site. It was reported by the victim’s friends that she intended to leave her husband for the famous plastic surgeon.

The encounters mostly took place on the grounds of a medical complex where Niederbichler maintained a residence. According to German authorities, Yvonne M. performed an oral sex act on Niederbichler, unaware he had sprinkled cocaine all over his genitals. She suffered a heart attack and was rushed to a hospital where she died of an overdose. According to court testimony, Niederbichler had done the same thing with at least three women and was a known cocaine user. It was also revealed that he had slipped cocaine into the champagne of unsuspecting women he had sex with on multiple occasions. Because of his actions, he was found guilty of grievous bodily harm.

The use of cocaine on the genitals is not new and can result in health issues for both the man and his sex partner. Most famously legendary actress Pam Grier attributed her cervical cancer scare to her relationship with iconic comedian Richard Pryor. At the time they were dating Pryor was a well-known addict and her gynecologist informed her there was a buildup of cocaine residue on her cervix.
