Another insane incident has occurred in Flordia. This time, a man allegedly decided to shoot and kill his wife because she apparently hurt his feelings with words.

According to the Sun-Sentinel, the incident occurred in Plantation, Florida, on Friday, May 10, 2019, when Fernando De Baere, 73, began arguing with his wife, Marisa Sherman, 47, about her interactions with one of her former co-workers.

The two continued to go back and forth with each other until Baere decided to grab his .38-caliber revolver handgun. Baere allegedly stood over his wife, aimed the gun at her face and pulled the trigger. Sherman died at the scene.

When authorities arrived, Baere confessed to the murder. He shared that he shot his wife because she was being disrespectful.

Baere is now locked up in the Broward Main Jail and is being held without bond on a charge of premeditated murder. In Flordia, the charge can lead to life in prison.
