A Toronto Raptors fan was arrested for yelling a sexual comment aimed at the wife of Stephen Curry, Ayesha Curry.

The incident occurred on June 2 following the Raptors loss to the Golden State Warriors in Game 2 of the NBA Finals. A CP24 news reporter interviewed several Raptors fans after the game. During the live interview, Tristan Warkentin, 28, was asked his reaction to the game.

Warkentin yelled, “The vibe was unreal and I just want to let everyone know Ayesha Curry we’re gonna f– her right in the p–.”

The video clip eventually went viral. Warkentin reportedly received death threats following the incident.

On June 6, Warkentin was arrested by Toronto police for criminal mischief because authorities say he knew his comments would be aired on live TV.  His next court appearance will be on June 11.
