How to use the Creme of Nature PLEX Breakage Defense:
Step 1: Start by applying the PLEX Bond Mender Pre-Treatment. Apply a generous amount of Step 1 to dry or wet hair and thoroughly saturate. Leave on your hair for a minimum of 10 minutes and then rinse out.
Step 2: Apply a generous amount of the PLEX Restoring Shampoo to wet hair. Massage into a lather before rinsing thoroughly.
Step 3: Apply a generous amount of PLEX Restoring Conditioner to your hair allow it. Leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing out.
Step 4: Style as desired.

The Plex Bond Mender Pre-Treatment gel formula comes in an easy to use pump bottle. I like the formula and how it adhered to my hair without having an overwhelming fragrance.
The PLEX Restoring Shampoo works up a good lather and a good amount of moisture that allowed me to finger detangle while cleansing. I really like it when a shampoo does its job without stripping my hair of any moisture.
The conditioner was moderately thick in consistency and it provided my hair with moisture and good slip. My hair was soft and easy to style after using the PLEX Defense system.
Overall, I think this product line with its beneficial natural ingredients like argan oil and Moroccan oil twill promote strength and maintain the health of your hair. I would recommend a strengthening system like this to anyone despite how healthy you think your hair is. Incorporating a strengthening system for your hair can only improve your tresses and style.
