Actress Gabrielle Union now knows that no one beats LeBron James and his Taco Tuesdays — except for the U.S. Copyright Office.
The “Being Mary Jane” and “L.A. Finest” actress, 46, mustered the intestinal fortitude to bet King James, 34, in Saturday’s game between her Nebraska Cornhuskers and his Ohio State Buckeyes. The winner picks the next Taco Tuesday dinner.
Union, who is married to LeBron’s BFF Dwyane Wade, hails from Omaha, Nebraska. James is, of course, a native of Akron, Ohio, which is about 125 miles from the Buckeyes’ home in Columbus.
LeBron, as he is universally known, tried to warn Union about her ill-advised bet as the Buckeyes were a 17-point favorite to vanquish the Cornhuskers. Union and Wade, 34, even appeared on ESPN’s popular “College GameDay” to guarantee the Huskers would defeat the overwhelmingly favored Bucks.
BIG BET… Winner chooses next #TacoTuesday location?? #GBR 🌽🏈🌽🏈🌽🏈🌽🏈🌽 #BeLikePurdue @DwyaneWade https://t.co/Qk7pIupCPH

While James was unable to attend the game in Lincoln, Nebraska, because of media obligations for the Los Angeles Lakers, Union and D-Wade were on hand to witness the Buckeyes demolish the Cornhuskers 48-7 to remain undefeated for the season.
LeBron was quick to torch Union about as badly as the Bucks did the Huskers.
Just wanna make sure my sister and brother @itsgabrielleu @DwyaneWade are doing ok! Can someone check on them as well for me if they are near them. 🤣😁. #GoBucks🌰 🌽🥊

Union is obviously in for another verbal beatdown when the three stars meet up for dinner to imbibe Mexican beer and devour tacos.
