As most fans know and rolling out reported, Tyler Perry Studios has rocketed into orbit since its official opening. He hosted a spectacular grand opening in early October that featured the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Cicely Tyson, Samuel L. Jackson, Halle Berry, Whoopi Goldberg and many others.
Later that month, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence from “Bad Boys For Life” and Eddie Murphy and Wesley Snipes from “Coming 2 America: Quest” filmed at Tyler Perry Studios at the same time. TPS was also where portions of the blockbuster film Black Panther and the AMC phenomenon “The Walking Dead” were shot.
In November, TPS was the site of the latest Democratic presidential debates.
Details of the studio tours are forthcoming.
