How does innovation play a role in what you do?
Innovation for me is basically thinking about diversity and inclusion. I think a lot of people see it as a growing trend now, but how do we make sure that we’re doing it in a very innovative way? And we’re thinking outside of the box in order to get the biggest impact.
What are some style tips for 2020?
I think for me it is do whatever makes you comfortable. There [are] so many different style options. My style changes all the time. I think it’s like live and be comfortable in your skin. And as long as you feel good in it, I’m sure it’s going to look great.
