What are some preventive strategies you implement in your daily routine?
Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body. What you feed it, takes power over your life. Motivational books and podcasts help in the renewing of your mind. A few of my personal favorites are The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone, The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene, The Art of War by Sun Tzu.
How have you developed health and accountability partners?
I’ve learned to lead by example and influence others. I’ve learned that my influence encourages others to chase their goals, and I hold them accountable. “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” – John Quincy Adams.
