KM: Last fall we collaborated with Blume, an amazing woman-led personal care brand, to do a giveaway on social. Both brands saw a significant increase in social media followers and email subscribers, and after digging into the data, we’ve also seen that these new subscribers have even higher open rates and conversion than our full list. This was a great example of how you can increase the value of your marketing by partnering with a brand your consumers will love.


How do technology and innovation help your brand remain relevant in the marketplace?

AJ: We are a digital-first company, so we’re constantly reviewing and testing new technologies that can help build our brand. We’re always excited to be included in beta testing across all of the major social media platforms and with our e-commerce and retail partners. If we bring our customers the most interesting and innovative ways to experience our brand, then we’ll always be top of mind.
