Define why lifelong learning is important to you.
The primary aspects of my job are technology and regulations. These two areas are constantly and rapidly changing. Therefore, continuous learning is critical. While working full time, I was able to achieve my bachelor’s degree early on in my career and my master’s degree two years ago. Both accomplishments were very challenging, however, it was worth it. The lessons learned from my education, training and colleagues have all helped me develop and grow within my organization.

Listening to music energizes me throughout a busy and challenging day. I’m a big fan of old school hip hop from artists like the Wu-Tang Clan, Notorious B.I.G., Dr. Dre, A Tribe Called Quest and Nas.
