From the data, there seem to be comorbidity issues in our community. What can we do to reduce the level of disparities in our community?
I think there’s a lot of past maltreatment that we have to deal with historically. As a race of African Americans, discrimination has been all over us as a group and a lot of the disparities that we see are results of the inequities that we’ve had for hundreds of years.
