If you could thank any Black woman history maker for her contributions to society, who would it be?
My mother and my grandmother. They always encouraged me to give my all and do my best.

What thoughtful or encouraging piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
“Trust yourself, you know more than you think you do.”

Why is it important for experienced Black women to reach back and help younger women of color?
To provide mentorship, access, opportunity, and knowledge that can be passed down. Many wise women have walked the path and can share their failures and successes as a springboard to help girls and young women dream.

What are three habits you implement into your daily routine to maintain your success and peace of mind?
My daily routine is centered on prayer, self-discipline, setting daily goals, and minimizing excuses.

As a successful woman in business, what is your greatest or proudest achievement?
My greatest and proudest achievement is being able to provide educational access to students who otherwise may not have completed their high school experience and being able to provide career opportunities and contribute to the economic development in the communities we serve.
