Friday, July 2 was a drama filled day for rappers SAINt JHN and Lil Uzi Vert. According to TMZ, the two rappers got into a heated confrontation outside the Dialog Café in West Hollywood.
Witnesses say around noon Friday, rapper Lil Uzi Vert jumped out of a Cadillac Escalade to confront JHN, and things went left when the confrontation got physical.
The situation escalated more when Uzi allegedly flashed the handle of his gun, which caused bystanders to run from the area.
Sources believe Uzi went to the café because JHN was there with Uzi’s ex-girlfriend, Brittany Byrd. Friends of Byrd say she was there with JHN only to discuss a business project.
This a lot coming from the rapper who is currently dating JT, from the hot new group City Girls.
Eyewitnesses say Uzi threw a punch at JHN but missed and fell. They also say his gun fell on the ground. Byrd got up from the table, but Uzi approached her and pressed the gun into her stomach before hitting her.
Everyone left the scene, and no shots were fired.
Reportedly, Byrd was going to the hospital and is planning to press charges.
It is still not clear why the rappers got into the altercation and neither artist has made a statement.
