Roderick Jefferson offers blueprint to success in ‘Sales Enablement 3.0’

What should readers and audiences expect from the book?
A deep understanding of the value of sales enablement across an organization. Sales Enablement is both an art and a science. There are no magical silver bullets that will guarantee success. There is however, a formula that requires a combination of practical application, trial and error with sales leaders to understand their wants, needs and expectations.

What was the hardest part of writing Sales Enablement 3.0?
The hardest part of writing my book was staying focused on what is high-value to the reader rather than giving them everything that I’ve learned over the past 25 years. The best advice came from my editor, ‘Write with your ego and we’ll edit with your heart.” This allowed me to share all that I thought was relevant, then thoughtfully approach the editing process to ensure that the content is high-value for the reader.

What is the one thing you wish you knew before publishing your book?
This book is service nd commitment to others. It’s not just about getting thoughts, processes, programs, metrics, etc., out of your head. It’s about honing in on what is important, relevant, and high-value to the reader so that they can immediately incorporate the Sales enablement 3.0 process into their daily routines.
