The trailer shows why Glover and his team continue to put out the most creative pieces of television today. For one minute, trailer viewers are locked in and analyzing every bit of the clip.
The show has already taken home multiple Emmys and Golden Globes because of the ingeniousness from the writer’s room to the cast.
In December 2016 Glover told The Hollywood Reporter that he likes to release things on Sundays because he knows most reviewers aren’t working on Sunday and the audience can form their own opinion.
In June 2020, “Atlanta” co-writer Stephen Glover tweeted season three was written, “before all this stuff happened.” The cast filmed parts of the show in London earlier this year. While season three has been announced to come out in 2022 after a three-year hiatus, the group has also worked on season four this year also.
