“Three retired Army generals spoke out in December to say that they fear the possibility of civil war within the ranks of the military,” Mathis said in a statement sent to rolling out. “Community volunteers have been dismissed from county boards of elections in Georgia — not for any wrongdoing, but because they support voter protections.”
