As a surprise to everyone, co-directors of the film Simmons and Chike Ozah along with lead writer and Grammy-nominated J. Ivy were present at the viewing. J.Ivy honored Ye, the directors and their work with an impromptu speech after the episode.

Act one of the documentary premieres on Netflix on Feb. 16, 2022. All three acts will air over three weeks.
