Director Breon, with the backing of executive producers D’Angela Proctor and Leslie Grief, were able to circumnavigate many obstacles and breathe life into Jasmine S. Greene and Scott Mullen’s screenplay for “Line Sisters,” which airs on Lifetime on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022.
This tantalizing flick centers around four members of Alpha Beta Omega Sorority Inc. It stars Luckett as Valerie, Kierra Sheard-Kelly as Cassandra, Simona Ta’Rhonda Jones as Simona, and Drew Sidora as Dominique. The four women, fully immersed in their careers and love lives, hit the pause button on their schedules to convene at the Black Greek Weekend celebration on the renowned Outer Banks of North Carolina.
But a palpable evil lurks over this otherwise dreamy landscape like threatening storm clouds. Something has been unleashed on this outer coastal island, giving the four women an increasing sense of foreboding that something horrible and life-threatenng is coming for them.
It is up to these former line sisters to figure out why these strange things continue to happen to each of them before it engulfs them all.
