Veteran rapper Ja Rule claims that he and his hated archrival 50 Cent got into a fight — and that he emerged victorious.
Jeffrey “Ja Rule” Atkins made the claim once again during his discussion about his two-decade-old feud with Curtis Jackson, aka 50 Cent, on”Piers Morgan Uncensored.”
“That’s already happened, too, Piers. You gotta do your research, man,” Ja Rule said. Morgan was jolted by the response and had to repeat the question for clarification.
“Absolutely,” Ja Rule answered confidently.
Morgan also asked the “Put it on Me” emcee who won the fight.
“I did, Piers. Come on, man.”
Ja Rule has made the claim once before about beating down 50 Cent
This is not the first time that Ja Rule said he pummeled 50 Cent into submission. In his 2014 book Unruly: The Highs and Lows of Being a Man, Ja Rule recounted the alleged exchange of hands.
“50 tried to swing on me, but I dipped, and then I hit him with the baby Louisville Slugger,” Ja Rule writes. “Bam! I dropped the bat. I pulled the shirt over his head. I started catching him left, right, uppercut.”
He also claimed he beat up the Queens-based rapper with a crutch he got from someone in his camp with a broken foot at the time.
“I hit him with the crutch,” Ja Rule said. “We proceeded to whip his ass. I was putting in my work. 50 was crunched in the corner. I slammed the big Tannoy speaker down on him.”
Morgan then queried Ja Rule whether the beef is one-sided between him and Fifty.
“You never see me say anything about him. I just mind my business, do my business. I don’t do the back and forth,” Ja Rule said.
Fifty has yet to respond publicly to Ja Rule’s claims. However, being the relentless troll that he’s known to be, fans can probably expect something from 50 Cent on the subject in the near future.
