Welcome to the meditation of RollingOut Universe, we invite you in this session. Healing light flows through us, touching every area in need, bringing relief, restoration, and peace
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruptions. Sit or lie down in a position that feels natural and comfortable to you. Close your eyes gently, or lower your gaze, preparing to embark on a journey of healing.
Let’s do a countdown to open healing powers of the universe in us.
5 Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with fresh air. Visualize this breath as a healing light, entering your body, illuminating and rejuvenating every cell. Exhale slowly, releasing any pain, tension, or negativity. Feel a sense of release with each breath out.
4 With each exhale, allow your body to sink deeper into relaxation. Release tension from your forehead, your jaw, your shoulders, and your hands. Let this sense of relaxation flow down to your toes, enveloping you in comfort and peace.
3 Focus on your intention to heal. Whether you’re facing physical pain, emotional wounds, or seeking general well-being, hold this intention in your heart. Believe in your body and mind’s ability to heal.
2 Acknowledge any resistance or skepticism you may feel about healing. With gentle acceptance, allow yourself to let go of these feelings, opening yourself to the possibility of healing.
1 Visualize a warm, healing energy surrounding you. Imagine this energy as a soothing balm, gently touching any areas of pain or discomfort, bringing relief and healing.
Now, imagine this healing energy as a radiant light within you, growing brighter and warmer with each breath. See it spreading throughout your body, reaching the areas that need healing the most.
Direct this healing light to any part of your body that is in pain or discomfort. Visualize the light soothing inflammation, knitting together tissues, and restoring balance. Feel a sense of gratitude for your body’s resilience and capacity to heal.
Let the healing light touch your mind, soothing anxiety, clearing negativity, and bringing clarity. Imagine the light bringing peace to your thoughts, allowing you to let go of past hurts and embrace the present with hope.
Allow the healing energy to reach deeper, touching your soul. Feel it rekindling your inner strength, your joy, and your purpose. Reconnect with your essence, feeling whole and aligned.

5 Take a moment to express gratitude for this healing journey. Thank yourself for taking this time to nurture your well-being.
