Welcome to the meditation of RollingOut Universe, we invite you in this session to embark on a journey beneath the ethereal glow of the aurora borealis.
Choose a quiet, comfortable spot where you can lie down or sit without distractions. If you are indoors, dim the lights and perhaps play some soft, ambient sounds to mimic the tranquility of the arctic night. If you are outdoors, dress warmly and position yourself under the open sky, letting the stars be your canopy. Close your eyes gently, or fix your gaze on a point in the sky if you are participating under the actual auroras.
Let’s do a Countdown to build up our connection in this meditation.
5 Take a deep, slow breath, drawing in the cool night air or the stillness of your surroundings. Exhale slowly, releasing any stress or tension from your body. Allow each breath to make you more relaxed and more present in the moment.
4 Continue breathing deeply, and with each breath, let relaxation wash over each part of your body. Start from your toes, moving up to your legs, your abdomen, your chest, your arms, and finally, your head. With each region, release any tightness or discomfort you find.
3 Let go of the day’s thoughts and worries. Imagine them like leaves floating away on a gentle stream, drifting off into the distance. Clear the mental space to make room for the peace and majesty of the night sky.
2 Focus on the sounds around you: the whisper of the wind, the distant echo of wildlife, the soft rustling of leaves, or the quiet hum of your home. Touch the ground or the surface you’re on, feeling its texture and temperature, grounding yourself physically and mentally.
1 Picture your heart chakra opening wide, a beacon inviting in the energies of the universe. Prepare yourself to be touched by the profound beauty and mystery of the aurora borealis, feeling a personal connection to its wonder.
Imagine now that the dark sky begins to shift. The first hints of green and pink light appear, slowly stretching across the black canvas. Gradually, the lights begin to swirl and twirl, forming undulating curtains of vibrant colors. Greens, pinks, purples, and blues merge in a heavenly display.
Watch in your mind’s eye as the lights pulse and flicker. Each wave of color washes over you, bringing with it a wave of emotion — awe, joy, serenity. Allow these feelings to permeate your being, connecting you to the vastness of the universe.
Visualize the colors of the aurora as a direct communication from the cosmos. Each hue infuses you with energy: green for healing and growth, blue for tranquility, purple for spiritual insight, and pink for love and kindness. Let these energies heal and fill you,

5 As the light show slowly dims, keep your eyes closed for a few moments longer, retaining the image of the aurora in your mind’s eye. Feel its beauty and power still vivid and alive within you.
4 Start to bring your awareness back to the physical world. Feel the earth beneath you, hear the sounds of the night or your environment, and slowly start to move your fingers and toes.
3 When ready, gently open your eyes. If outside, perhaps the aurora is still dancing above; if inside, carry the internalized vision with you.
2 Take a moment to consider what insights or feelings arose during the meditation. How can the experiences under the northern lights inspire changes or affirmations in your daily life?
