Sarah Elizabeth Langford, the executive director of Develop Fulton, a development authority of Fulton County, was a panelist at the Atlanta Business League’s 17th annual State of Black Business summit. She discussed how developers and businesses — especially Black ones — can ascertain governmental assistance and tools they may be unaware of to help procure property and increase long-term success.
