Let’s do a countdown embracing the whispers of serenity.
5 Begin by taking slow, gentle breaths. Inhale deeply, filling your lungs with fresh air, and exhale slowly, letting go of any tension or stress. With each breath, feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation.
4 Continue to breathe deeply and focus on relaxing each part of your body. Start from your toes, moving upwards through your legs, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and head. Let each muscle soften as you progressively release tension.
3 Allow your thoughts to settle like dust in still air. Watch them drift away with each exhale, leaving your mind clear and receptive to the quiet whispers of serenity.
