Welcome to the meditation of RollingOut Universe, we invite you to this session. This meditation invites you to experience a profound sense of balance and integration, aligning your mind, body, and spirit in a nurturing embrace of harmony.


Choose a quiet, comfortable spot where you can sit or lie down without interruptions. Create a serene environment, possibly by incorporating elements that symbolize balance to you, such as stones, water features, or symmetrical patterns. Close your eyes gently.

Let’s do a countdown to experiencing harmony’s embrace.
5 Start with deep, intentional breaths. Inhale slowly, feeling the air fill every part of your lungs, and exhale completely, releasing all the air and any tension you may be holding. With each breath, feel more grounded and centered.
4 Progressively relax each part of your body. Begin at your feet and move upwards, consciously releasing any tightness in your muscles. Feel each part of your body becoming lighter and more relaxed.
3 Let your thoughts drift away like leaves on a river. Observe them without attachment, allowing them to float away, leaving your mind clear and serene. Embrace the growing quiet within you.
2 Visualize your heart opening like a flower to the sunlight. With this opening, allow feelings of love and compassion to radiate outwards, filling your chest and spreading to the rest of your body.
1 Silently affirm your intention to find and nurture a deep sense of harmony within yourself. Commit to this peaceful journey of unifying your internal states with your external experiences.


Visualize yourself in a tranquil place that epitomizes balance and peace. It could be a serene garden, a quiet forest clearing, or a symmetrical space designed with harmony in mind. Feel yourself fully present in this space, surrounded by a calming energy.

Focus on the connection between your mind and your body. Feel how each breath links your physical state to your mental state. Visualize a gentle energy circulating between them, aligning your thoughts with your physical sensations, creating a unified state of being.

Reflect on your emotions, noticing if any feelings are dominant. Visualize bringing these emotions into balance, like mixing colors to create a perfect shade. Allow joy to temper sadness, calm to soothe anger, and compassion to encompass indifference.

Extend your awareness beyond your physical and emotional states to your spiritual self. Feel a sense of connection to something greater—whether that’s nature, the universe, or your own concept of spirituality. Visualize this connection as a beam of light, harmonizing and elevating your spirit.

Consider how this inner harmony influences your interaction with the world. Imagine moving through your day in this state of balance, responding to challenges and joys with a grounded, peaceful demeanor.

5 Spend a few more moments enjoying the profound peace and balance you’ve created. Relish the sensation of being completely aligned and unified in Harmony’s Embrace.
4 Begin to bring your awareness back to the room. Notice the sounds around you, the feel of the air on your skin, and the ground beneath you.
3 Consider the feelings of balance and unity you experienced. How can you apply this sense of harmony to your daily life? What changes might you make to foster this balance regularly?
2 As you conclude the meditation, set an intention to carry this harmony forward into your interactions and decisions. Let it guide you in maintaining balance and peace in your life.
1 When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to adjust, bringing the sense of harmony back into the physical world with you.
