DJ Akademiks believes he’s being conspired against with the recent rape lawsuit brought forth against him by ex-girlfriend, Ziya Abashe, and he says he’ll take the whole industry down with him if he gets convicted.

The controversial podcaster, born Livingston Allen, addressed the lawsuit and its allegations on a recent live stream and says he thinks his case may be tied in with his coverage of the ongoing investigations surrounding Diddy because Abashe has retained the same lawyer representing Lil Rod, one of the Bad Boy founder’s accusers.

“Is it possible that that person who’s really seeing the money grab was really the Diddy stuff?” inquired the 32-year-old former “Everyday Struggle” host.

“And who was the biggest n—- that covered the Diddy stuff?,” Ak asked referring to himself. “That lawyer allegedly reached out to some people of mine saying, ‘If Ak continues to doubt what we are purporting against Diddy, remember, we can file a lawsuit on him, too.’”

“Let me tell you this about everyone in the industry: if Ak ever goes down, y’all going down with me,” he warned sternly. “‘Cause I hold no secrets for nobody.”

Abashe filed suit in the Superior Court of New Jersey accusing Allen of rape and defamation stemming from a 2022 incident at Allen’s home in which she claims she was drugged and coerced to drinking until inebriated before two men raped and assaulted her. She also claimed that while her memory was affected by the drugs she remembers awaking to Akademiks raping her and begging for him to stop.

“I can’t talk about too much because I’ve paid lawyers to handle s— in court,” Ak said during his livestream of the allegation first made in 2023. “These people who are coming at me are hoping that I f— that up by handling it on social media. The police wants nothing to do with this. They’re saying there is no crime.”
