What began as a steady drizzle of bad news for Diddy late last year has recently turned into a torrential downpour. Daily now, a succession of information accusing Diddy of alleged sexual impropriety has been released for public consumption.

Former model Crystal McKinney, who filed a civil lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs on Tuesday, May 21, reportedly kept the clothes that she was allegedly assaulted in, possibly providing evidence that could substantiate her claims, according to the New York Post.

McKinney, a former model and actress from Georgia, claims in court documents filed in the Southern District Court of New York earlier this week that Diddy used drugs to incapacitate her. This, she asserts, made it easier for the rap boss to force her into performing a sexual act on him. She said she blacked out afterward.

Furthermore, when she awoke, she was in the back of a cab heading to her home. She said she felt she had been violated again, though she cannot state definitively who did what to her.

The media has learned that she kept the clothes and has not washed them in 21 years.

The legal docs described how McKinney preserved the clothes she wore that fateful, life-changing night – “a black leather coat with a fur hood, a translucent chiffon beige v-cut shirt, fur-lined handbag, and jewel-encrusted jeans” – wrapped in a plastic bag. It was to serve as a haunting reminder of the “trauma” she allegedly lived through.

“Due to the traumatic events to occur later, Plaintiff saved the unwashed clothing from that night in her closet where they remain in a plastic wrap,” Tuesday’s filing stated.

Fans discern a common theme in all of the lawsuits filed against Diddy

Though Diddy has not been charged with any crime, a commonality is interwoven through McKinney’s lawsuit and the multiple filings against him that date back to Cassie’s back in November 2023: they discuss being plied with drugs, which was then followed by sexual assault of some nature.
