50 Cent issued a public warning in the midst of a social media dispute between boxing champion Claressa Shields and rapper Remy Ma Wednesday after Shields challenged the rapper to a physical fight.

The conflict ignited when Remy Ma shared alleged private messages between her husband Papoose and Shields on Instagram. The posts, which have since been deleted, contained accusations of inappropriate communication.

Shields responded on Twitter, writing “Misery loves company baby… Smh. I’m just so happy over here,” before issuing a mock fight challenge: “Claressa Shields vs. @RealRemyMa Feb 2nd! Come get yo a— whooped crash out!!”

50 Cent intervened on Instagram, cautioning Shields against physical confrontation. “What ever you do don’t fight her,” he posted. “She will get the blick champ!” He added: “WTF is going on man? I need a drink.”

The exchange came amid public relationship troubles between Remy Ma and Papoose, who have traded their own accusations on social media this week. Papoose claimed he “knocked out” Remy’s alleged boyfriend, Eazy The Block Captain, while Remy countered with infidelity allegations.

Boxing promoters have not commented on Shields’ mock fight proposition. The Olympic gold medalist remains scheduled to defend her middleweight titles next month.

Both Remy Ma and Papoose deleted their initial posts by Wednesday evening, though screenshots continue circulating across social platforms. Their representatives declined to comment on the situation.

The dispute has drawn significant attention in both hip-hop and boxing circles, with fans and fellow celebrities weighing in across social media platforms. Industry insiders suggest the public nature of these exchanges could impact future business relationships for all parties involved.

Shields, who holds multiple boxing world titles, has previously expressed interest in celebrity exhibition matches. However, combat sports analysts note the significant legal and liability issues surrounding unsanctioned fights between professional athletes and entertainers.
