Atlanta-based hip hop star Lil Yachty said he hates dating “broke women” because of the multitude of drama and emotional angst they allegedly inject into a relationship with successful artists like himself.
Lil Yachty said broke women ‘suck’
“I don’t like broke women,” Lil Yachty announced bluntly during an interview, according to Raphouse TV.
Yachty, 27, who was born in the Atlanta suburb of Mableton, Georgia, as Miles Parks McCollum, said he doesn’t get involved with women of little means because he has no respect for them.
“I haven’t been with a lot of them,” Yachty said. “And they suck.”

Lil Yachty bemoans the immaturity and listlessness
The “Tesla” rapper was just getting revved up as he was queried to elaborate on his sentiments.
“Usually they’re very immature,” Yachty said bluntly. “Broke girls are, yeah, like usually extremely immature.”
Yachty added that most who are “broke” do not understand the responsibilities and long work hours that are required of artists in demand.
“They just aren’t very understanding of things,” he said. “Like if you have to work or if you have to be here, or just certain things. They’re very non-understanding.”
Lil Yachty does not detest poor women in general, adding that there is a difference between being broke and apathetic.
“It’s okay to not be rich,” he said. “That is perfectly fine. But like when you do nothing, you just sit around waiting, either for someone to do something for you or you just don’t care at all. You’re just like a slob. I don’t have no respect for you.”
