According to The Shade Room, a terrible tragedy occurred in Maryland Saturday, Feb. 3. It concerns Karon Makhai Cann, also known as Ronny Doe, a 24-year-old man who was the ex-boyfriend of Chrisean Rock. Anne Arundel Police confirmed that Doe had died at around 7:10 p.m., at the age of just 24. A Maryland man posted a heartbreaking tribute about Ronny’s death on his Facebook page, leading many to believe that he is Ronny’s uncle.
“This feels like a nightmare. I been up crying all night. I’m not supposed to bury you nephew, you suppose to bury me,” he wrote. “Karon before Elijah was born you were the closest I had to a son. I haven’t felt like this since I lost my father. I watch you grow up and been there every step of the way. It hurts so bad that your life was taken but I know your at peace now. [I’m] praying for justice so we all can have closure. I love you and will truly miss you. R.I.P Karon (Nephew).”
Ronny Doe was shot and killed, according to authorities, and was discovered on the ground in front of a house in Severn, Maryland. It’s only a quarter of an hour’s drive from Baltimore. At the crime site, the police “administered medical aid” to him. Ronny was then transported to the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center by firemen. He passed away from his gunshot wounds there. Police are classifying this as a targeted attack and a homicide. There is an investigation going on.
As of right now, Chrisean Rock has not commented. As you may recall, Ronny is the ex who requested a DNA test to determine whether her son, Chrisean Jesus, was his. “I deserve to have that proven to me through what? A DNA test. If Junior is not my son the DNA test will prove that. Right or wrong? Right,” he wrote on Instagram in October. Judging from their previous exchanges, it appears that Ronny and Chrisean were not in the best of places. Our thoughts and prayers are with Ronny’s family and friends during this difficult time.
