The striking model wore a plunging V-neck dress with her long hair pulled back in a scarf, as she lounged on a yacht with the NFL player.
Anais, 29, later changed into a flower-embellished gown as she sat beside Watson, also 29, and the couple showed off their matching wedding rings.
Watson’s marriage to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model comes just four months after he announced his engagement.
The couple confirmed the news in a joint Instagram post on March 16.
“Mrs. Watson Loading. . .,” the caption read.
Jilly Anais is a model, music artist, cookbook author, and a 2025 Sports Illustrated Swim Search finalist. The couple announced their engagement in March 2025. They began dating in 2019.
Anais has thrown her support behind Watson during his off-field issues, including allegations of serial sexual misconduct while he was a member of the Houston Texans. The explosive scandal with a score of female massage masseuses carried on into his days as a Cleveland Browns, where he was signed to a record-contract, a fully guaranteed, five-year, $230 million contract. Watson eventually settled with more than two dozen complainants.
This contract was the most lucrative and fully guaranteed deal in NFL history at the time. The Browns restructured the contract in March 2025 to free up salary cap space, specifically converting a large portion of his 2025 salary into a signing bonus, which lowered his cap hit for that year but increased it for 2026.
Complicating matters is the fact that Watson has played poorly since being signed by the Browns. Worse, Watson snapped his Achilles’ tendon, which sidelined him for the rest of the 2024 season and all of the next. During his recovery, the Achille’s tendon snapped again, which will prevent the QB from playing in the upcoming 2025-26 season.
