James Parham, 75, has been forever banned from living in any building owned by New Jersey’s Englewood Housing Authority after striking a plea deal for pimping, possession of crack cocaine and a crack pipe. Parham pimped out crack-addicted prostitutes to younger neighbors in the Vincente K. Tibbs Senior Citizen Building.
Parham, his 66-year-old neighbor, Cheryl Chaney, and a school crossing guard, Selma McDuffie won’t be required to serve any jail time. Instead they will live in an assisted living facility.
