Having oral sex with a student will likely jeopardize a teacher’s career and it may now affect her wallet. On her first day as a substitute teacher at Options Public Charter School in Washington, D.C., Symone Greene, 22, engaged in oral sex with a 17-year-old student.

The two flirted with each other while in class and Greene performed oral sex on the student later in the day. The boy secretly taped the act and showed his football teammates. The video went viral around the school and Greene was arrested and charged.

The parents of the boy who received oral sex is now suing Greene and the D.C. Charter School Board. According to reports by Washington Post, the parents have filed an $11 million lawsuit. The suit alleges battery, neglect in hiring practices and mental distress. It also says that Greene was not vetted before she was hired and should not have been allowed to be alone with a student who has a learning disability.

The D.C. Charter School Board nor Greene have responded to the lawsuit.
