Director and actor, Tyler Perry, finally sold his Los Angeles home in January after two failed attempts.
The Hollywood Hills home is a sprawling 9,725 square feet four-bedroom, six-bathroom includes a gym, a sauna and a nightclub/lounge with a bar and a disco ball. The property also includes a billiards room that has a window looking into the pool and a glass cat walk ceiling over the wine cellar.
