Frank Ocean not pressing charges against Chris Brown; His producer describes beating

The epic battle between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean may be coming to a quick end, well, at least for Brown. Just a week after the two men got into a parking lot brawl at an L.A. recording studio, Ocean has now decided not to press charges against Brown for the alleged attack.

As earlier reports have claimed, the brawl was allegedly started over a coveted parking spot at the Westlake Recording Studios and Ocean was reportedly going to press charges against Brown. But the Odd Future singer took to his blog over the weekend and announced that he’s “forgiven” Brown for the attack and won’t press charges against him.

Ocean may have forgiven Brown, but his friend and producer, Michael Uzowuru, is intent on setting the record straight on the fight. Ocean claimed that Brown and two other men jumped him at the studio and police investigating the incident named Brown as the aggressor and Ocean as the victim. But sources close to Brown say that Ocean threw the initial punch in the fight.

However, according to TMZ, Uzowuru, who was there at the fight, made a blog post of his own and claimed that the fight was indeed over a parking spot.

Uzowuru alleges that he, Ocean and a guy named Chito arrived at the Westlake studio to record and found an orange Lamborghini in a spot labeled for Ocean, whose album is titled Channel Orange. When they went to the front desk to have the car removed, they discovered it was Brown’s.

10 minutes later, Brown, a “big dude” and a “skinnier dude” walk out to meet them and Ocean tells Breezy, “You parked in my spot, move.” That’s when the “big dude” allegedly punched Chito in the face. “Then instantly Chris and the other dude grab [Frank] and try to jump him,” said Uzowuru.

“There’s no doubt in my mind the whole thing was a set up,” he added.

Uzowuru claims that Brown and his friend tackled Ocean into a “big fake candle display laced with glass,” adding, “Hence … his finger being cut.”

The Odd Future producer then claims that Brown and his friend pinned Ocean against a wall “while Chris was trying to beat the living ‘s—’ out of [him].” Although, Uzowuru claims that Ocean got fought back.
