Rapper Ludacris counters baby mother’s child support request by filing for full custody.
We’re not sure whether Ludacris is attempting to turn the financial tables or if he really wants full custody of his two month old child with Tamika Fuller, but that’s what he’s gunning for…
The Atlanta native and his baby mother Tamika Fuller have been duking it out in an Atlanta family court over custody and child support after Fuller asked the judge for $15k a month in child support, to which Luda replied “Move b**ch get out the way,” I only made $50k last year.
In new legal documents, Ludacris claims that he is a “fit and capable parent,” has always been “an active father” to his 12-year-old daughter and should be awarded full physical custody of the newborn.
In addition to full custody, the Fast and Furious star is asking the judge to award him child support. Just last week, the judge countered Fuller’s request for $15K a month by awarding her $7K a month.
This could get interesting…
Will the judge find that it’s in the best interest of the child to stay with Ludacris (who may be more financially stable) or will his busy schedule prove to be too much for raising a newborn (not to mention the child has been under Tamika’s care since birth)?
