Actor, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is in ‘beast mode’ as he prepares for his new role as ‘Hercules’ in his upcoming film. Johnson shared his 22 week high-protein diet as he trains extra hard in the gym. Egg whites, halibut and chicken seem to be his favorite sources of protein. Planning and packing meals in advance helps keeps him on track in the midst of filming and hardcore workouts.
