Justin Timberlake’s comeback is in full swing and the “Suit & Tie” singer recently flew into New Orleans for the Super Bowl DirecTV party to sing some old and new songs for fans. But, although fans were thrilled to see Timberlake back on stage, they were allegedly even more shocked to hear Timberlake call his famous ex-girlfriend, Britney Spears, a “b—-.”
According to HollywoodLife.com, before Timberlake began performing his jilted lover anthem “Cry Me a River,” he told the crowd, “Sometimes in life, you think you found the one. But then one day you find out, that she is just some b—-!”
It’s well known that Timberlake and Spears broke up amid rumors that Spears cheated on him with choreographer Wade Robeson, and Timberlake wrote “Cry Me a River” about their breakup, leading many fans to believe that the “b—-” he was referring to was Spears.
However, once Timberlake got wind of the rumors surrounding his “b—-” comment, he quickly clarified his statement on Twitter.
“Ok. I see you. Wouldn’t disrespect ANYONE personally. Ever. #Relax #ItsBritneyB—h I do love that saying though*with accent*#Respect,” he wrote.
Well, at least Timberlake and Spears aren’t feuding and throwing jabs at each other, unlike these other bitter exes below. –nicholas robinson
