Joe’s ‘Evolution of R&B:’ the Tuesday new music rundown

This is a slight week, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t quality music being dropped just before Independence Day. With Jay-Z’s highly-anticipated Magna Carta Holy Grail lurking around the corner on July 4th, no other blockbuster-ish albums are hitting shelves, but there are some very cool slightly under-the-radar releases.

R&B crooner Joe and indie rockers The Fall are among the most noteworthy albums debuted this week.
