The festival grounds of the A3C Festival kicked off on Oct. 7. The main stage featured performances by Rick Ross, Stalley and a Shawty Lo tribute by D4L.

D4L members Fabo, Mook B, and Stoney reminded festivalgoers of the significance of Shawty Lo by performing songs such as “Dey Know” and “Dunn Dunn.” Shawty Lo and D4L were also key players in the snap music movement that was prominent during the early 2000s.

Rick Ross closed the show by performing a slew of hits including “Hustling,’” “Stay Schemin,’” “9 Piece,” and “B.M.F.,”  to name a few. Ross also paid tribute to Shawty Lo by playing his hit “I’m da Man.”

Other artists to perform on the main stage included Conner Evans , Chris Rivers, and Justin Rose.
