Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still sheds a tear during “Sunday Night Football” with “Leah Strong” etched in his eye black in tribute to his 4-year-old daughter, Leah, who is battling cancer.
Still was cut from the Bengals this summer, but the team didn’t wash their hands of the player. They’ve allowed him to stay on the practice squad, are paying him $6,300 per week, and have provided him with medical insurance for Leah who has stage-4 pediatric cancer.
