Drake, Nas headline Sprite’s concert during NBA All-Star weekend

Drake and Nas bridged the generations of hip-hop at Sprite’s concert during NBA All-Star weekend. Held at Irving Plaza in New York, the concert kicked-of with Drake opening for Nas.

On the heels of releasing the unexpected mixtape, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, Drake opened the show by going through a slew of his hits which included “HYFR,” “Started from the Bottom,” “Worst Behavior,” and “0 to 100.” Drake also covered Kanye West’s “Only One.”


After his hour-long set, Drake introduced Nas and stayed to watch his performance as if he was Nas’ biggest fan. Nas opened with “New York State of Mind” before going through his legendary catalogue. He closed his set with “One Love.”

Celebrities in attendance included Kanye West, LeBron James, Kevin Hart, and Cam Newton.
