Magic Johnson’s son, Earvin Johnson III, is gay
The son of a NBA legend is making waves today after going public with his romance with another man. Earvin Johnson III, who is Magic Johnson’s youngest son, was spotted on L.A.’s Sunset Strip this week holding hands with his apparent boyfriend.
TMZ caught up with the 20-year-old as he enjoyed a night on the town and even got Earvin, nicknamed EJ, to comment on his dad’s purchase of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
“I’m just hoping and prayer [that the Dodgers win] like the rest of us,” said EJ.
And just before the video of EJ was released, TMZ received a supportive statement from Magic Johnson and his wife, Cookie.
“Cookie and I love EJ and support him in every way,” Magic told the site. “We’re very proud of him.”
